1General Terms

Welcome to the 1 xbat platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 1 xbat and its users. By accessing this website or mobile application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. 1 xbat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 xbat provides online betting and gaming services for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to responsible gaming and actively discourage excessive play on our platform.

2Account Registration & Personal Information

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 1 xbat:

• Each individual may only One Account open. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 1 xbat immediately.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 1 xbat may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.

3Age Verification & Eligibility

To participate on 1 xbat, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be of sound mind and betting of your own free will.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must not appear on any list of individuals banned by 1 xbat.

1 xbat may request verification documents at any time. Providing false date of birth information will result in permanent account closure.

4Betting Rules & Terms

The following rules apply when placing bets on 1 xbat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• Live bets placed after a match or event has started will be settled in accordance with the supplemental live betting rules.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to void or resettle any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits for each bet will be displayed on the platform.
• You may bet on multiple events within the same match simultaneously, though restrictions may apply in certain markets.

If an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded. If a match is not completed within the scheduled timeframe, 1 xbat will assess the situation and issue a final ruling accordingly.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

1 xbat accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is set by the platform and is subject to change.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

1 xbat does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, charges imposed by the payment service provider may apply.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

1 xbat offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once and applies to a single account only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to void any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.

1 xbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus program at any time. 1 xbat is not obligated to provide a reason for declining to award a bonus.

7Fraud & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1 xbat and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Exploiting technical glitches or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts of any kind for betting.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.

8Account Closure & Suspension

1 xbat may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• For financial security reasons.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time. To submit a closure request, please contact our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9Responsible Gaming

1 xbat is committed to Responsible Gaming. We want all our members to enjoy betting as entertainment — not let it become an addiction. To support this, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
